No — and be wary of anyone who does. The final decision depends on the coach, the college and the negotiation. What we do guarantee is the work and the exposure: if you don’t receive any qualified interest from a coach within 6 months, we refund 100% of the recruitment service.

A junior college (JUCO) is a two-year college. Its teams compete in the NJCAA and offer athletic scholarships. It’s a very common entry point for international athletes: academic requirements are more flexible and, after two years, you can transfer to a four-year university (NCAA or NAIA).

They’re the associations that run college sport. The NCAA (Divisions I, II and III) covers the largest universities; Division III doesn’t offer athletic scholarships, though it does offer academic aid. The NAIA brings together smaller colleges that do offer athletic scholarships. The NJCAA is for two-year junior colleges. We help you work out which one fits you.

It depends on each scholarship and each college: the amount and the costs it covers vary a lot from one program to another, and the family pays whatever the scholarship doesn’t cover. On top of that there are usually expenses such as health insurance, books, student visa fees and personal spending. We go through it with you before you decide.

No. Our price is fixed: €1,500 for the recruitment service. We never take a percentage of the scholarship — not from the family, and not from the college.

You’ll need to pass an English test, usually the TOEFL or the Duolingo English Test. The required score varies by college, and JUCOs usually ask for less than four-year universities. You don’t need to be fluent to get started: we prepare you for the test alongside the recruiting process.

There are programs for many levels, from NCAA Division I to JUCOs and the NAIA. What matters is that you compete regularly and have room to improve. In the free evaluation we watch your video, review your background and tell you honestly where you could fit.

To enrol you need a secondary school qualification equivalent to a US high school diploma. If you don’t have one yet, we’ll guide you on how to get it — including the online option with Dawere, which fits around your training.

It’s the body that certifies you meet the academic and amateur-status requirements to compete in NCAA Division I or II. The NJCAA and NAIA have their own processes. We explain which registration you need and when to do it.

Ideally, 12 to 24 months before you want to arrive. It’s possible with less time too, especially for JUCOs. Tell us your situation and we’ll tell you whether we can make it.

We started with baseball and softball — the sports we know best — and we’re opening up to more. If you play another sport, request a free evaluation and we’ll tell you honestly whether we can help.

You can request the evaluation, but we’ll need your parent’s or legal guardian’s details. The contract is signed by your legal representative together with a parental consent form, and your family has access to every account we open in your name.

Your family. When a coach shows interest, we hand over the contact with full context and stay available to advise you. All we ask is that you keep us in the loop.

Yes. The email, X and FieldLevel accounts are created in the athlete’s name. We manage them during the service, and your family always has the passwords.

The recruitment service costs €1,500, as a one-off payment or in 3 instalments of €500. The FM Apps Subscription costs €100 a month, with no commitment — cancel any time. VAT not applicable, art. 293 B of the French CGI.

No. They’re separate services. The subscription is for athletes who want to prepare better — nutrition, gym, mechanics and English — before and after they arrive.
