FM Athletes was born in Annemasse, France, right next to Geneva, with a simple idea: no talented European athlete should miss their chance in the USA just because they don’t know where to start.

José Javier is a journalist with a degree in Media and Communication. He has spent his whole career in television and has founded marketing, social media and corporate video companies. And he has always been passionate about sport.
When his children wanted to play and study in the USA, he put all that experience in communication, image and video towards one goal: getting coaches to notice them. That’s how the method we use at FM Athletes today was born.

A method born at home
Rodolfo came first: baseball, scholarship at New Mexico Junior College. Then came Valentina: softball, scholarship at Odessa College in Texas.
That’s why we understand parents. We know what it’s like to send your child across the ocean — which is why, at FM Athletes, the family sees everything we do.
Our mission
For every athlete to arrive in the USA truly prepared: with several options on the table, their English test passed, their body ready — and a family at peace because they know exactly where things stand.
